Bilan :bilan très mitigé. Assez peu progressé et peu de développement personnel. Il est intéressant de rentrer dans cette structure quand on n'a pas encore d'expérience dans le conseil, mais entrer chez EY après 6 ans de conseil dans d'autres grands cabinets, cela n'apporte rien de plus.

Improvement point: personnel management about assessments that can be very subjective. -Is what you would have advice to offer to the company? => I would recommend a cross-sectional assessment technique (managers evaluate and the staff assesses the deficiencies found or the reasons for the non understanding).

I enjoyed the diversity of missions as well as encountered people who have, for some, become friends. The main highlight of EY lies in its ability to offer a modular career plan following the wishes of the employee. Paradoxically, the axis of major development for the cabinet lies in taking account of the wishes of the employee.

Like any newcomer, I started as a junior Auditor (or beginner) ==> this is the first step in an audit firm. One of the big advantages in cabinet of audit is that you learn quickly and well. Missions are generally interesting and it is very difficult to find a redundancy. So at the level of the acquisition of knowledge and methods work, the balance is positive.
