Assessment: The balance sheet is positive I did appreciate the job or the atmosphere. I was technical support at the service of pro customers who use the transfer software created by BP.

Strengths and weaknesses:-the strong point: money (it's a Bank), the framework is well, weak points: they offer not enough employees (it's a Bank), the mood is bad, too conformist

Advice for the company: Investing in people (I did not want to be hired but I was hired by a Software House that has placed me here, so the Bank does not hire directly...)
