Balance sheet:7 months in the PSA group for the Peugeot France brand.

Experience in a large group where you can touch professional fingers the realities of life in a company having an important role on the international scene.

We realize quickly the importance of hierarchy (all decisions are to validate by N + 1, N + 2, N + 3...).

-Know collaborate and communicate with men, occupations that do not have the same vision, the same approach (finance/trade)

Strengths: Diversity of trades, environments

That I enjoyed:-good working atmosphere.

-Presence of other trainees who were could exchange, discuss, help...

-Learn how to communicate with experienced different trades people, find the right words to be understood...

On the other hand, I liked least the political aspect cad the fact that every decision must be validate X times by the hierarchy, it weighs the weight of every word to offend anyone... imposes fairly long deadlines for the implementation of actions...
