+: A good followed employees, SSII human size, variety of missions -: not enough short missions, I sought to avoid the weariness of long missions and to learn new things, meet new people and be confront has different problems, are somewhat lower than those of competitive wages.

I entered at CELLA Informatik in 1998 as a developer and I'm out in 2001 as head of the TMA offer. I keep fond memories of years which allowed us all to build the various commercial offers (packages, TMA,...).

All missions have the same content and I have not greatly evolved. However, I had the choice of my missions and it does not impose me such mission as in other software. One year, I even have a less charged position but satisfying for my evolution. So it is very valuable.
