Assessment: After 4 years at CGI, I am currently Consultant Junior &responsible recruitment Solutions students/young graduates for my ECM service.

Skills obtained: Several technical skills (Java, .net,...) and software packages around the demat &GOL (Kofax, InputAccel, Itesoft, Datacap, Alfresco, FileNet, Basware...), then functional (about trades) and relational skills.

Strengths and weaknesses:+ strengths: very nice atmosphere, several functional areas, mounted in competence in several technologies, which is not necessarily be possible in a boxes of smaller sizes.
-A management a little away from the collaborators, communication more complicated with the business &management.

What you have more or less appreciated:+ the atmosphere (each has its atmosphere, Team Animation in agencies agent entity.
-Wage trends.
