Assessment: I am Senior (experienced collaborator) within KPMG after arriving there 6 years ago as a beginner (junior).

My assessment of these years can be summed up in one word: learning. Indeed I learned a method of working and I was able to acquire solid knowledge of accounting, financial and economic.

Strengths and weaknesses: For me the main strength of the company and the team spirit which may exist, to work hard but pleasant human conditions. The low point being the workload at certain times of the year (but which also exists in other firms).

What you have more or less appreciated: What I most appreciated was this teamwork where everyone goes in the same direction and caring, learning and even after 6 years, and being able to transmit knowledge to the younger as I could benefit from in my early days.
