Assessment: I was hired initially to achieve the commercial assistantship of the Centre's Services. After a few months, I have evolved on a post of charge d'affaires. I was specifically in charge of the activities of staffing and monitoring of consultants in return from missions. For me, the balance sheet is more than positive.

Skills obtained: First of all, I was able to familiarize myself with the profession of an ESN then understand the trades of our customers (Bank, Finance, insurance): understand their environments and their projects. I also learned to understand the related technologies (languages of development etc...).

Strengths and weaknesses: Strengths: A good implantation in clients and a rather positive image.
Weak points: since the takeover by Gfi, Outlook for (at my level) have been reduced.

What you have more or less appreciated: I enjoyed the working atmosphere. The team was rather welded and exchange of fluid information. I had the chance to be well framed from the outset.

Advice for the company: Probably to show more recognition to the good elements and push it upwards...
