Consort NT

Assessment: I did a year in Consort NT. I was consultant - project manager. I left him for Devoteam.

Skills obtained: When consultant, what counts is the mission. I was able to incorporate a particular trainer at AXA Tech. I especially could develop the management of resources (J/H) budgets, direct negotiation with the client (Expression of need/budget/planning).

Strengths and weaknesses: Strengths: proposed Missions
Low: Management that lack of consideration towards us where my departure. (Like most software in which I was able to evolve: CAPGEMINI-ALTRAN-DATACEP)

Advice for the company:1 - form your business. They show more consideration for its employees.
The best professional experience took place at Devoteam. I had the chance to have commercial tuned. It is the only software.
2 - Do not force a consultant to remain in a single mission if it wants to get out.
