Strong &weak points: Team work is always the strong point of the company, it is always possible to gather employees around a common project the low point would work in the not always easy to manage emergency.

What you have more or less appreciated: The working atmosphere is still very good because of the often idyllic places. There is a real culture of teamwork and mutual support. Living at his place of work sometimes gives the impression of never make cuts which can be hard to manage at times.
