Alten

Assessment: I was placed on a first mission for the level 1 support, position suited me not all (overqualified). Alten changed me mission only after 9 months, when I made my own business and submitted my letter of resignation.

The missions I got later were very enriching for me, but in one case, I brought the case myself from Alten, and in the other I used my contacts at the customer. Annual assessments are undertaken without return to the client application.

Skills obtained: Network administration skills, equipment Juniper, Nortel, ExtremeNetwork, CheckPoint, Netscreen, Blade HP, Alteon radware application firewalling to DNS. Jurisdiction DNS.

Highlights of the company: Possibilities of evolution, if you are pro-active. ability to switch side manager. Otherwise, the policy is to recruit young graduates cheaper and leave them on the first mission as long as possible. Interesting salary for managers.

Which I appreciated: Excellent EC, €50 cheque read this year, with €400 subsidy, and € 100 gift certificate for Christmas. Also very good mutual.
