Assessment: Mixed. With 6 missions in 2 years I had the printing to be a stop-gap than anything else. Situation funny when we know that Beijaflore then boasted to career management and or "place a consultant" was banned from the vocabulary

Skills obtained: Mainly technical skills base and gives SQL Server programming ASP.Net.

Also functional skills in the prudential risk management

Strengths: A good 'brand image' and a very good preparation for interviews with several simulations and preparations of the type questions likely to be asked by customers.

Very regular monitoring at the beginning at the beginning of the course in Beijaflore.

The opportunity also to work as a team for a single client without being to the package. This allows to share the most senior consultants experience

Which I appreciated: I particularly liked working in small teams at the customer, very focused corporate culture "high end" (like 'you're the best') even if in fact it was not always respected.

Conclusion: cabinet probably a little too big to start after the release of school but that allowed me to make my first arms being followed (without however saying listened). If the beginner is lucky he may fall on a long duration mission (over 18 months) which allows really to mount in technical and organizational skills.
