Assessment: Arrived in the fall of 2008 I had missions of different natures and often different in nature to what Capgemini hired me.  So, I often did the fireman on projects in difficulties, in tension with often great successes. It was generally, with a team, to deliver a project on track in terms of cost time and/or quality of deliverables. More classically, I piloted projects in project management, immersed in client DSI.  I have also participated in business development with large-account for new projects.  Prospects were both in industry and in insurance.

Also, I did a market study on the firmware for the health insurance and welfare or, in 2009, a State of the art on the Cloud and Saas which were in their infancy.

So, I worked on rich, varied and innovative issues. In a permanent move that allows to be always at the forefront (mobility, BPM, Cloud, Big data).

Skills obtained: I animated the objective and valued collaborators teams

I have joined in: the DSI on choices strategic scenarios studies and piloted the implementation of solutions

I have monitored the contracts and the management of the relationship with the customers

I rode the phases of the projects until the switch to production

I handled budgets, status, control and landing,

I carried out studies on offers ERP vs the market

I intervened in support of the sale to commercial (response to the specification of charges and Defense)

I have developed a partnership with a Publisher

Strengths: Capgemini is world no. 2 with 125000 collaborator. The service business is heavily industrialized. Skill coexist. Technology watch is permanent and quickly translated into value for the market.

Which I appreciated: The sense of belonging that is the subject of strong attention and translates into communication flow internal. This is due to the fact that many employees are off the wall and need to "cuddle".  Methods and tools to work are a strong industrialization to help that everyone works in the same way. The relationship between the collaborators is often rich and pleasant. It is more complicated in terms of management because it is supported by evaluation tools that lurking over our heads permanently!
