Assessment: My two years at Renault is rather positive, I was welcomed, well formed and the working atmosphere was rather pleasant,.

Skills obtained: As an apprentice, I have developed a number of skills: teamwork, communication (with the world), autonomy, rigour, critical mind, well on the more technical aspects of the trade.

Strengths: The highlight of my service was rather advisory management, nothing is really imposed, asked us our opinion on the workload, if one can manage a folder more or not, I do not think that this is the case everywhere. The strong point of Renault would be the diversity of trades and those present in the group.

Which I appreciated: In my service I especially enjoyed the working atmosphere and cohesion among the people of the team, people who are ready to help you.

Advisory management was also particularly valuable.
