Assessment: I had the chance to work with people of great quality, who taught me much. I had the opportunity to rub elbows with prestigious clients in the financial world. This experience allowed me to then join Booz &Co, one of the major American firms in strategy.

Skills obtained: I especially learned the meaning of the client, the value of leadership in the Council and the role of expertise in the service rendered.

Strengths: The company leaves a lot of freedom to employees to grow. I had the opportunity to present the results of my work at a conference, for which CAPCO had prepared me with video exercises.

Management - Culture - atmosphere: The management was the most amazing part, with privileged access to officials equipped with great human qualities. I stayed in contact with them to this day.
