Advantages: Nothing positive because everything has deteriorated from year to year (except a few beautiful personal meetings)

Disadvantage: Lack of height, no culture of business management (because no opportunity to create one) and even sinister morose atmosphere

Advice to the company: Create the link and consider that its wealth are employees and not accounting balance sheet
