The positives were management. I very much appreciated the American management. Being in a team American I discovered a different management of that in France there has a real appreciation for the work of the employee and sometimes even a real coaching on the part of manager. Très formateur par ailleurs. Intéressant en Province car il n'y a pas de spécialisation sectorielle comme cela est pratiqué à Paris, donc une polyvalence et une culture économique exigée car les problématiques de chaque secteur sont différentes.
