CGI

Assessment: I'm CGI to make my training course of end of study. I am consultant if for the tyre group Clermontois and this fact that very shortly I came since I started this internship in February (23). I put my skills at the service of the construction of a package of planning.

Skills obtained: Since I arrived I could develop expertise on the development, construction of project (specification, specification negotiated), the discovery of tools, project management.

Strengths and weaknesses: Strong points: close to its customers, for example on my project we work directly at mich * (I do not know if it has the right to quote in fact) and the teams are mixed (mich * and CGI) even if for .to respect pure if it operates at 90 percent in pure CGI.
Weaknesses: After discussion with colleagues it would seem that it is difficult to evolve because blocked by the fact to be CGI, and that it is difficult to mutate on another project (but it's more because Mich * to CGI.)

What you have more or less appreciated: I have a very friendly team, the integration into the business was taken seriously and it has never let me aside or left for account. I was largely formed in all the tasks that I have a do but not only to mine, they let me see spots of other functions (I'm on probation at the end I have several option of career direction that are available to me and on hereby me all since the first day. What I like least is not having defined schedule I only constraints like arrive before such time and not leave before such time. I prefer real fixed schedules.

Advice for the company: I do not think to be able to afford after so little time and my lack of experience.
