Function:'Regional Business Analyst' or 'Regional financial controller': management control in regional holding, first for Europe, and now for the Americas

Assessment: Very positive at the end of these first two years, with a motivation which remains very high due to recurrent learning in my post, as well as my recent mobility in the US.

Skills obtained: Vision increased business, evolution in a multicultural environment, technical skills relating to the system of reporting, presentation skills and communication

Strengths: Its ability to react to the actions of the competition, its ability to continue to innovate despite its size, the clarity of its strategic vision, international mobility ensure the health of the subsidiaries and the motivation of the management, its strong and entrenched values

Which I appreciated: Very good work atmosphere, with a healthy pressure but stress, high motivation of teams at all levels, cohesion of the Group despite the decentralization, and, of course, feel free!
