Altran

Function: I got home at Altran as a Business Manager. I quickly framed for other managers, led a Business Unit and then created the Agency in Montpellier. I have also served as Key Account Manager from PSA group.

Assessment: I joined a group at a time where the Business Manager were recruited for their entrepreneurial potential. I created from end to end of the activities within the group by combining the benefits of engineering excellence and professional enhancement of consultants.

I have evolved in a group that continuously searches for individual performance in a very challenging competitive environment.

Altran is also a group that hardly lives the new requirements of the market. The evolution towards technical trays or the benefits to packages require human and financial investments Altran has had difficulty doing.

Skills obtained: Business, HR and managerial skills, team work.

Strengths: A very important commercial strike force. Internal dedicated and creative resources. A capacity a few years to transform a 'Patchwork' or a 'Network' group. A big and agile group.

Which I appreciated: It is above all a human adventure. Accelerated days. Opportunities for rapid progressions. For my part, I have always supported the construction of my activities and the management of my teams on my values and not those of the group.
