Ability to take responsibility, and to evolve without remain locked in a techno / a specific project context.

Skills obtained: They are technical (expertise) and now managerial (operational management + HR Role) and also pre-sales.

Points forrts: It is a software that does not know too the crisis, at least not in the entity where I work. The number of projects and resources has not ceased to increase since the last 5 years.

What I liked:

-Young company (the average age is around the lifestyle).

-International market, there are opportunities to work abroad and solicit projects / customers in Europe or the US for example.

-Il y'a of real opportunities to make a successful career.

-We stay in a classic software model, with the limitations that implies.
