Assessment: Very positive since I arrived with only 2 years of experience in it support and a bac + 2 and they have required account to my motivation to advance. I am now project leader of a TMA of 35 persons.

Skills obtained: Consultant skills initially and then I directed as manager and project manager. I also participated in the recruitment of the company.

Advantages: I have always worked in a good atmosphere with colleagues and had a framework that allowed me to progress. It is 9 years that I am in the company and it is one of the things that made me stay. Follow-up RH inherited Unilog (in France) and you get to keep is fine.

Disadvantage: The wage and the high rate of turn. Once trained, many people leave to find better pay elsewhere and we have very few confirmed. This also has an impact on the workload of the people confirmed.

Advice to the company: Do you need to keep trained, improve the management tool (business, project) which will save time.
