CGI

Assessment: I am consultant digital (in alternation) since September 2014. I was immediately able to be positioned on a large-scale mission: a website redesign project.
I could rub shoulders with consultants from various profiles (engineers, managers) and train me alongside them. I was well integrated and I was quickly propose to carry out missions in autonomy.
I appreciate the work on this mission and within the CGI company.

Skills obtained: This experience allowed me to develop skills in autonomy, force of proposal, adaptability. I also developed my knowledge of the digital and technological environment.

Advantages: The atmosphere is a very positive point. Events are organized regularly enough. The manager-consultant relationship is based on trust and communication, it is quite possible to speak to his manager if something is wrong.

Disadvantage: The work is very interesting but very addictive also, happens to work from home in the evening.

Advice to the company: Offer more training before entering a mission maybe.
