CGI

Assessment: I started my career as a Consultant in recruitment and am now in Charge of recruitment. My experience with CGI allowed me to carry out recruitment until the end of the integration process, what was missing in my previous post. I get a positive on my employability than on my rise in competence.

Skills obtained: Project management and internal communication are two skills that missed me then. I had the opportunity to develop very quickly.

Advantages: The strong point of CGI can be are also weaknesses. Our culture is very strong and although many people recognize themselves in our values, some prefer companies whose values are others.

Disadvantage: I loved working in a relaxed but studious atmosphere. However work here demanded a major cultural effort on my part (for information I am of foreign origin and do I owned all the France-specific cultural data).

Advice to the company: Stay true to your values.
