Assessment: I am designer on a project to develop an application to tailor its operations to new users. I have directly placed on this project first in time of developer and then I moved pretty quickly to take care of the design of certain complex cases.

Skills obtained: I could develop technical skills on Sql Server (Management Studio, Integration Services...) and deepen my knowledge on the .NET framework. Level management, it happened to me to manage a team of 2 to 4 persons for short durations.

Advantages: I am part of a team internally so talk about atmosphere has a meaning. Usually it is a child good atmosphere where we have no problems even with other internal teams. Our chefs instil us mutual assistance and not the competition between different teams. The objective is to want to come to work.

Disadvantage: Candy and coffee distributors (since this makes you fat and the coffee is too expensive)
Sometimes quite a lot of overtime but this more moments holds key project to the general case.
