Balance sheet : A very positive report. Has always been valued my work and my initiatives even if sometimes they are still not applicable for a reason or another. I always felt that was actually invested on me (training time spent with my managers, coaching...)

Skills developed : Technique first, finance, project management and especially the people management

Strengths and weaknesses : strengths: a picture of leader on the market of the software of finance, an international presence.
Weaknesses: lack of homogeneity in the techno and processes.

What you more or less enjoyed : the most: an accessible hierarchy without being completely horizontal, I'm not for a total mess or everyone is at the same level, but I appreciate when the CEO goes accessible for employees.
