Review : I am responsible for Linedata product. After a progression and satisfying years at Fimasys, Linedata balance was negative. These are for me 3 frustrating years of stagnation.

Skills developed : budget management / control of management and increased autonomy.

Strengths and weaknesses : strengths: large actor / profitable
Weak point: no culture of editing software, client relationship management, management, disparate and inconsistent management between products (redeemed + that developed), corny technologically in general, instability of the Organization, only financial strategy.

What you more or less enjoyed : the + appreciated: autonomy
-Appreciated: working atmosphere, culture, management, lack of means and investments on products, passive management relationship customer, average age high and attitude of the employees.

Council for the business : treat clients and employees with more consideration. Modernize as well in his organization / management, in its editor software, and on selected technologies approach and consistency of products.

Do you recommend the business to a friend ? No. Especially if it is young and early in his career because the evolution is limited
