What you more or less enjoyed : what I most appreciated: availability of cell development to answer all questions of staff and help many achieve their missions among customers. Consultants often work in pairs with a more experienced person. They learn quickly and form permanently. The company is chaired by one of the founders, charismatic leader who is part of the myths of the company and serves as a reference to employees.
I have the least appreciated: lack of communication on developments and new features of the tools...

Tips for business : should organize annual seminars for working to make a point to progress on all issues... Convey to employees than the company it is them, all is inextricably linked...
