Médicis Alternance

Review : I was hired at MEDICI as a trainer for students preparing an insurance BTS in alternation to the RCMP (client relationship management and the CPAP (conduct and presentation of professional activities) during the second year I got insurance of persons. The balance sheet is good in the RCMP and CPAP, less good for the A.P. because I replaced a trainer and doing 2 years in 1... (challenge difficult especially in this matter)

Skills developed : from the evaluation criteria established for the examination, I created a course both theoretical and practical. Theoretical on professional and relational and practical basic knowledge with many exchanges and role-playing games. The head of pedagogy, always available, me has been a great help.

Strengths and weaknesses : at MEDICI I felt a great general atmosphere among students. The school was very tuned, many dialogues, own premises and equipment at disposal.
I regret a little lack of contact between the trainers (except class Council) and of course the judgment of the insurance sector. I began to appreciate the Exchange (and them also, I believe) with this young generation of future insurers and make them share my professional experience.
