Balance sheet : senior project. Responsible for deployment of the Cassiopae solution on international projects

Skills developed : nothing that I had been able to address in my previous companies. Overall a young technical diploma will tackle type network, database and language technologies various (PLSQL, JAVA, C++)... and familiarize themselves with the trades of asset finance.

Strengths and weaknesses : strong Points: efficient and sensible technology choices that enable to get projects and markets from large-scale in France but especially abroad and which open wide and varied perspectives. A reactive organization and leaves of autonomy to its consultants and project managers.
Low points: very strong growth requires organisational changes which are not yet made and which are harmful for the moment to efficiency and productivity.

What you more or less enjoyed : the more, the ability to make projects internationally including expatriation. The positive relationship with the technical teams.
The least. No or little management.
