Assessment: I keep from this experience the wealth of contacts, the variety of the audited strucures. The balance is positive, it is a good experience but that does not suffice to fill throughout a career.

Skills obtained: I supported skills audit, evaluation of public policies and optimization of the means at the disposal of the controlled entities.

Highlights of the company: Wealth of missions carried out.

Which I appreciated: The magistrate is lonely. It is not management. Coaching is not formed in the management and each judge is alone. Thus, relations with other magistrates are formed and to keep contacts. Except within the judicial activity, report, allows to have a consulting role that is enriching. I also liked to have been able to discover worlds and different organizations in their modes of operation and policies implemented (region, Department, municipalities, communities, hospitals, colleges, associations, chambers of commerce...).
