Assessment: Technical support to the customer in the IT Department delivery. Thanks to my technical skills I acquired during my period of work to Orange Business Service and managerial skills that I have acquired for my various projects during my studies at the French University of Egypt, I can contribute to the evolution of information systems of an organization on the basis of the needs expressed by users directions.
Skills obtained: This position allowed me to know different cultures by communicating every day with clients of different nationalities. -My work under pressure--namely how to Parley with the client even if it is irritated. -Manage my working time in accordance with the date limits. -Be hard worker - know how to communicate with the departments who work in cross functional in Orange and organize the work with them to meet the needs of the customer. -Know how to communicate with the client and be in relationship between the direction of Orange and the client.
