Sanofi

Function: I'm financial controller in the Direction of Industrial Affairs and in particular foreign trade &partnerships division

Assessment: The balance of my years at Sanofi is very positive.  It is two years now that I am in the Group and I was able to spend management controller on production in the province to financial controller at the headquarters of the Industrial Affairs in Paris.

Skills obtained: I could develop my sense of analysis and especially of rigour. Out of school you do not have this experience of 'ground', all learn you is very theoretical. Each industry is different and different methods. When we master the subject, is developed a better sense of the analysis and learn to be very rigorous, especially in my profession which is somewhat the sinews of war of a business. The reliability of the information you provide can be very quickly questioned if one is not careful.

Strong point: For me the highlight of Sanofi is mobility.

The advantage of being in a large group such as Sanofi, is that the development possibilities, both in France and internationally, are very important. Opportunities abound for young graduates (example: the life), but also for the employees.

Which I appreciated: I had the chance to fall in services where the atmosphere was super. A good understanding, a good team spirit, these are two very important factors in order to thrive in the workplace.
