Function: I am consultant recruitment in insurance, especially insurance of persons. I am mainly working for large groups of insurance.

Assessment: This makes a 1 month and a half that I'm at Kelly and the balance is very positive. It is already two years I do recruitment on the business of insurance. I appreciate the good relations I have with customers. The relationship with the candidates is also very good.

Skills obtained: I could develop the autonomy and versatility on my post.

Strengths: It integrates very well. We are in a large group. There is a true follow-up. The approach of the collaborators is very qualitative.

Which I appreciated: The atmosphere at the agency level is very good. There's a good teamwork with high confidence.
