Assessment: After having made my learning, industrial management control officer asked me to make a CSD. My autonomy has allowed to support the team by the new workload presenting themselves as well as to follow the evolution of the production unit in which I myself some.

Skills obtained: I was able to improve my computer skills with Excel and SAP and I also develop my sense of reactivity and strength of proposal the results monthly versus budget.

Strengths: It is a company that is part of a group whose subsidiaries match between them, there is also an important communication within the group. The company is divided into several units of production that enable an evolution and an Exchange constant as well as various different management control services.

Which I appreciated: I enjoyed to be autonomous in a production unit, working in a team and with the various trades of the undertaking, the responsibility of the position against the head of production, the importance of our work in the impact of the decisions for the evolution of the company, the industrial world and work near the industrial production.
