Assessment: It is a society where it is good work and where I developed most of my skills. I to keep as such forever have excellent memories.

Skills obtained: I would particularly mention a finance background, transverse, and direct management of project management within a methodological framework well structured and mature, agility (Scrum), multicultural sensitivity and an English current through the daily work with teams distributed around the world (including US, UK, Thailand, Russia, India and Japan for my part).

Strengths: General professionalism, a human-sized (even it is part of a very large international group), a great adaptability to change, its own identity (even if it is somewhat diluted following the acquisition of Reuters by Thomson Financial), engine management and empowering, a friendly working atmosphere, a representative quite low turnover of a certain well-being of employees.

Management - Culture - atmosphere: The context of international work, the open space layout which promotes reconciliations (but may impair concentration), competent managers and listening, a friendly atmosphere while remaining very professional, a package of pay and benefits a little above the market.
