This approach is reflected in the recruitment process: 95% of hirings are done on profile.
Margoconseil has made the choice to respond to the most critical missions and challengeantes of its customers. Specifically, the positioning translates into a strong presence in Front Office, on complex systems, teams recognized in the Parisian square.
