Advantages: Atmosphere of positive work which leads to a personal and collective investment. A culture of sharing.

Disadvantage: Too many partitioning inter service. Too many battle of budget which hampers investment within the ship, because we must not forget that we are all on a cruise aboard the same boat.

Advice to the company: Your achievements are extraordinary do not lose. Even at large enterprise size stay human, this is rare. Remember that your value added is "Human" above all.
