Assessment: I went home GT since early January 2015 for a 5 month experience in accounting, as Assistant Expertise advice (for accounting-related tasks). I warned a positive image.

Skills obtained: As skills, I could develop: (essential for the trades of the figure) rigor, the spirit of analysis and critique, technical skills in accounting and especially the spirit of self-regulation, still be able to check his work and find out if our work is the road or if there are corrections to make. This experience is a stepping stone for me and will allow me to better optimize my search for Audit work. The border between the two trades being very thin.

Advantages: Very good atmosphere of work and fellow strong friendly.

Culture: I share the values and the culture of the firm who want there to be consistency between the figures for the accounts of an enterprise and its economic reality. The involvement of employees in the decision-making is also a factor that I find important for motivation of teams.

Management: The realization of a meeting of planning at the beginning of each month allows to make the point relative to the workload of the previous month and make adjustments on the upcoming months to make bearable working for employees and that objectives are met within the time limits.
Participative management and availability of management, even the partner.

Disadvantage: I know that no one is perfect, but I think I would have trouble answering this question. I see no negatives.

Advice to the company: Not really, I think that the management was already aware of areas for improvement and the decisions have already been taken in this direction.
