CGI

Assessment: I had fairly rapid change but which is slowing down by personal choice but also following various takeovers of the company. I could go through different types of activities, which was very rewarding, and facing my career, for 3 years, what I like the most.

Skills obtained: My career at CGi follows a conversion so I already had skills I could operate (editorial capacity, spirit of synthesis, organization). I have, nevertheless, develop customer relationship and planning.

Advantages: I have initially much appreciated the spirit of the company (reliance, situation, orientation satisfaction client, management of accompaniment).

Disadvantage: The spirit of the company deteriorates two years because now, I find more and more profit-oriented society. It has also lost much the accompaniment of career level.

Advice for the company: Remember that customer satisfaction is essential to keep markets and think to reward employees for their investment in the work!
