Abylsen

I worked for two years within the Abylsen company, for two customers automotive OEMs. The return on this experience is positive, the two projects for which I spoke were also. The relationship with my manager was in general very positive although the annual increase was not exceptional... nomination premiums were also very friendly! Generally my manager and I were in a financial win/win approach! The positive point is that the company does not expect the end of the project to find another (whom I knew in the past), I understand the need that I am available and efficient but at the same time in which company in the world could we stay paid to do anything... I have not known period of intermission flick. I went also twice Altius Conference organized the evening on the dev. perso, not bad...
