Assessment: Is there having spent only 6 months for an internship of L3, I was able to participate in the budget process by preparing, explaining, receiving and analyzing financial documents of the company necessary for its preparation of the budget and its phases of reforecast.
I also participated to the lifts of the level financial information group as well as missions of client profitability analysis.

Skills obtained: During this experience, I was able to develop a thorough understanding of financial documents allowing me to analyze, reprocessing options for a more detailed analysis. I have therefore developed my mastery of excel, Heperion Essbase as well as SAP BPC.

Advantages: The company promotes the integration of trainees and their accompaniment towards greater responsibility and autonomy, which makes the Trainer course. The culture of the company, has relaxed priori relies on results that serve as their stimulus to advance, consolidate its positions and take new.

Disadvantage: The multiplicity of tasks prevents back deep in the accomplishment of these. This plus low rendering times that disrupt schedules and does not sometimes have time to really consolidate the information received.

Advice to the company: It is difficult to give advice to a company when it has been only six months; I would however suggest to try to definitively define financial control processes to avoid controllers fend alone, creating a wall of glass between the operational teams and managers.
