Expertise knowledge in Identity Management, Recertification, Authorizations domains.
Knowledge and skills in design/integration of CA IAM solutions: focus on CA Identity Manager, CA Identity Governance, CA Identity Portal / other products are a plus
Proven successful experience in a large-scale organization in a Shared-Service setup.
Proven ability to translate a high-level architecture into a secured, at the right cost and easy-to-operate detailed design.
Knowledge of infrastructure (Linux, Windows et network)
Knowledge of CA Directory
Experience in Project Management, knowledge of release management
Familiar with ITIL concepts
Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
Be a strong contributor / driving force behind the "continuous improvement" objective of the services toward automation.
Fluent written & spoken English and a second language is a plus
