Main responsibilities of the role are split into 2 dimensions:
Assist in Driving Rollout of New Products
* Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products
* Ensure availability of product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market though close coordination with the product management teams
* Jointly with Finance and the Product Management teams develop pricing strategy for the services and benchmark them against the external market
* Plan the launch of new products and releases and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of the plan
* Coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities validated by the management team and by liaising with internal communication department to jointly organize and execute all marketing campaigns and advertising
* Ensures customer facing system documentation is in place and developed only once following a global standard
* Document the products
Ongoing Day-To-Day Business
* Build and maintain the annual marketing plan and Product catalog updates
* Run marketing campaigns decided by management committee
* Interact with key stakeholders in the organization at global and local level organized in a matrix organization to track & ensure results are delivered in liaison with deploy and convergence team
* Ensure that offers creations process has been respected (e.g. Gates, financial, marketing, market benchmark etc.) before an offer can be officially launched
* Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to Product Manager
* Provide deliverable in time, on quality and scope
International Dimension Role
* 7+ years of IT product/services marketing with a min. proven 2 -3 years' experience in an international context
* Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
* Very strong verbal, listening, presentation and written communication skills
* Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
* Strong foundation in technology and preferable work experience with Cloud Industry & eCommerce
* Proven experience in customer and market research
* Ideally knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes, BI Tools (Reporting) and Campaign Management
* Willing to travel
