Euroclear

Assessment: Very positive of my first professional experience. The description is in my profile but I can add some elements.
It was the orgiine of an agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the countries concerned to install a securities depository.
We worked at 3: an engineer in computer science, a visiting senior mission and me, responsible for junior mission.
Thanks to this first experience, I had the willingness to continue an international career.

Skills obtained: Project management, organization, relationship with customers, service concept, English, adaptability, knowledge of securities and operations on securities + accounting titles.

Strengths and weaknesses: The mission to which I participated was very isolated from the core business of SICOVAM SA.
In this sense, it was exciting because it had everything to do.
Strong point: experience and expertise in the trade of the securities depository
Low point: the inexperience of this type of mission, at the margin of the core business.

What you have more or less appreciated: Extra working environment, motivated and dynamic team.
Strong corporate culture with employees attached to their society and with a spirit of mutual assistance.
Management a bit paternalistic but benevolent.

Advice for the company: I do not know, it was between 1997 and 1999. Since that time, the company has changed. It is now Euroclear, which took a European dimension which is modernized.
