Assessment: I'm manager in financial audit firm bdo since February 2014. The integration was very quick arriving during the peak season of audit. The balance of this first year is positive from a big 4 a senior manager of a human size cabinet. It has had to adapt to manage a client portfolio from inception to the final rendering at the level of production and organization. Many responsibilities are entrusted to me and a direct dialogue with the partners that allows to be very reactive in my work.

Skills obtained: Management and the Organization and tax specificities of the country are the main skills that I could develop in this first season.

Strengths and weaknesses: The strong points are that in practice a human dimension should be versatile and we have a global vision of the folder. The weak point is the lack of grade which restricts the professional evolution.

What you have more or less appreciated: Very good work atmosphere (young and dynamic collaborator).

Advice for the company: Continue to develop particular has noumea to diversify the folders and keep the dynamism of the audit profession
