Acensi

Assessment: My personal record is quite positive with the assumption of responsibility internally as well as a consistent salary increase.

Skills obtained: Via the various missions, I could acquire:
-> an important skill for the management of projects (methodology, human management, pressure management, use advanced tools such as MSP...)
-> a refresher on the IB as BO/Cognos/SSRS tools

Highlights of the company: The biggest strong point of Acensi is the management of consultants. The projects selected by the business for consultants are most of the time (90%) in line with the wish of the consultants.
The Directorate is also close to teams which makes possible a simple and direct discussion to obtain information, aid on certain projects...

Which I appreciated: Internally, the working atmosphere is excellent.
Externally, we feel much less near the company what is for me the only negative point.
From a management perspective, Acensi is free enough because it does not feel the barrier linked to the hierarchy even though the axes are fixed by the management.
