Assessment: I have accumulated a vast knowledge learned on the job, speaking with my colleagues, legislation and publications in the official journal. I would say that this balance is very positive.

payments of dividends and interest on bonds, with the taxation y related,.
training of colleagues.

Strengths: The desire to grow to withstand international competition, the flexibility to adapt to the needs of its customers.
