Advantages: There is real support for young managers in management. Benevolence in the phase of learning of positions of responsibility.
Possibility of various positions.
Stimulating level of responsibility.

Disadvantage: Time constraints, impact on family life.
Common mutations.
Rigid hierarchical structure.
Weakness of computer systems in general and more particularly management (stock, payment of the duties individual, etc).

Advice to the company: Stop to decrease the strength of support. It is impossible to anticipate the transfer of charge to software packages as long as those above are not more and the staff trained and accustomed to their use.
