Altran

Assessment: I'm at Altran for 10 months. Hired as a consultant junior. I'm currently serving as project manager and application Manager (moe and moa) on the bank fraud.

Skills obtained: Autonomy, project management, banking Competence, skill technique, unix, sql, functional jurisdiction over banking applications.

Advantages: 2 managers with whom I came into contact are lively, interactive and have good human qualities. Currently Altran seeks to improve its management by better monitoring and afterwork, meals etc... I see or meet my manager every 2 weeks on my place of delivery.

Disadvantage: Point negative level salary. Currently sick of one month for a knee operation I will only receive 50% of my salary because this is not a year I'm within Altran.

Advice to the company: Namely valuing more employees who are involved greatly. Continue to improve management.
