Assessment: I stayed for 1 year. I was Developer Java on the platform and I did 3 months at one of their client.
Balance mixed for me, I think I fell into a bad period. Outdated client technology, far and rather paused when I was there.
Skills obtained: I have Java and work on Struts 2.
Advantages: Correct listening to employees, good atmosphere on the platform.
Many team building activities.
A Business Council: I do not think being able to do so.
